This was very useful, Keri. I was reading the tweets, listening and contributing during the sessions so it’s nice to see a summary. One that stood out for me was @briansolis using the phrase ‘one to one to many’ about engagement via social. I might take a look at Storify – I use Hootsuite extensively at the moment. Thanks for sharing. Anne

Anne, Thanks for stopping by — so glad you found the collection of tweets useful! During previous summits, I would tweet, but also have a lot of notes that I kept in hardcover notebooks for later reference. I’m finding that folks have appreciated the tweets from the sessions. Add to that, I’m usually with my computer when I am talking about the information I would reference, and I’m thinking of scrapping the hardcover notebooks. I’ll usually go back and listen to the playbacks and add notes. Storify lets me do that – So, digital wins again! I too am a Hootsuite user. 🙂 See you at #smss11!! ~Keri
